This was a joint birthday party
The theme being the Nutty Professor! I really enjoyed decorating this cake, so much fun could be added to the cake See the green gunge and eyeballs not forgetting the Nutty Professor!   This cake was delivered to the Cultra Manor at The Ulster Folk Museum -
what a transformation, worth checking out as a wedding venue. The groom choose the style of cake and novelty feature leaving the bride to decide the decoration detail After some discussion the bride looked at her shoes for inspiration , they were decorated with diamanté buckles This was the final design. The bride was delighted.  We do like to add a bit of humour to our cakes as well as get folk talking
This gentleman likes the odd flutter on the horses, but there is no way we could let the horse win, ! Look at the expressions  Sometimes we have last minute orders, this cake had to be ready for collection in one hour !!!!!!!
