Just wanted to thank you for the fabulous cake you made for mum’s 80th birthday. It was a work of art, but very importantly, it also tasted great. Some cakes look great but are very dry, but yours was lovely and moist and had great flavour. Mum was delighted with it and the whole family was impressed asking who made it. We really appreciated the little details (mum on the chair with books, sewing, pot of flowers etc.) so many thanks. Ruth Rogers.
